That’s exactly why these sessions were created to be short.

Most are only 7–20 minutes long, so you can listen:

-after everyone else is asleep

You don't need an hour.

What if I fall asleep while I'm listening?

That’s completely okay.

Many caregivers are deeply exhausted, and it’s common to drift off while listening.

The audios are designed to feel supportive whether you stay awake for the entire session or not.

Some members even use them as part of their nighttime routine.

Is this therapy?

No.

The Caregiver Relief Circle is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

These audios are designed as emotional support for caregivers navigating stress, exhaustion, overwhelm, grief, and the daily realities of caregiving.

Can I listen more than once?

Absolutely.
